Going to be rejoining the Realms this week, and rejoining my original guild as well, so I'm thinking of using one of my favorite items as my main weapon...

That said, does anyone have the actual stats on the shield and weapon claw? I never have and likely never will have that great of an appraisal to get certain results, so I've always been curious.

While I'm at it... how about stats for the gladius that Anthyl used to sell. I got one when she first showed up with them, and I think I later had her do some tempering or somesuch to it, if that helps narrow down the stats on that one.

Gauntlets are nice. But stay away from the Gladius, as stabbers leave a lot to be desired under the new combat system, and a forged scimitar will probably be better.

Yay, some of me old crap isn't totally obsolete like I am!

I wonder if I still have that dwarven warsword... Now THAT has to suck by now, it sucked when I disappeared, even if it was ancient.

Thanks for the link too, that will come in handy.

If you have your dwarven warsword still, let Solomon know. He was looking for one a few months ago. :)

Dwarven warsword was the same as a Crossing broadsword as far as stats except I think it was heavier.

I'm almost positive it is sitting in my hunting garniture... unfortunatly the perils of new homeownership and a new DSL service have left me internetless for over a week now (shh, don't tell anyone I check the boards at work! :p).

Silly question, but how DO I get in touch with Solomon? DR-Solomon@play.net? I guess I'll do a little snooping and see if I can find it myself as well. ;)

I might be older than dirt, but I'm not completely lazy yet!

And yes, same app as Crossing broadsword with a much higher weight does sound about right Rayje.

A Dwarven Warsword.... any chance you'd be willing to part with it? I've wanted one for years and years, heck just to see one would be good.

I'll be around the Crossing tonight (7pm Central or there abouts, till 9 or so), most likely in the Bard Guild. ;)

Never did hear back from Solomon about taking a gander at it...

Odds of me actually selling it are slim, but we can talk.

Danner, did you post where Solomon typically reads? I don't think he reads this topic often.

I tried e-mailing him directly but no dice. I imagine he has quite a few e-mails, but I did put Dwarven Warsword in the subject. :p

Where DOES he frequent?

I have a strong feeling his email box is always full, I know he tends to send me private bb messages instead of email usually. Which I always thought was because he didn't use the email often or it was to busy and he didnt want me emailing him back. lol.

Anyhow try under general disscusions, I see him post there often. :)
