was wondering if someone had a good setup for learning all the armors at once? not really looking to learn leather at the same time since it's my primary armor and it would be pointless backtraining. i've got like 40 odd ranks of LC so i figure wearing a shirt should be enough to learn that but i was wondering about the other armors, HC, LP, and HP. would like to see a storebought setup and then the best all out setup, ie forged. weight it sort of a factor i guess but as long as it trains all the metal armors decently i don't think i'll mind a lil extra weight. basically plan on sitting there tanking with a shield til armors lock then go back to my normal armor. would appreciate any help ya can give me. price quotes would be great too. btw here's some relevent info:
SKILL: Rank/Percent towards next rank/Amount learning
Shield Usage: 113 50% clear Leather Armor: 122 94% learning
Light Chain: 46 82% clear Heavy Chain: 0 00% clear
Light Plate: 0 00% clear Heavy Plate: 0 00% clear
Strength : 23 Reflex : 26
Agility : 27 Charisma : 16
Discipline : 28 Wisdom : 26
Intelligence : 25 Stamina : 22
and i'm a ranger using an oval arm-worn shield.
thanks a ton folks.

The setup I have found that lets me train all 5 armors at once uses the Shard padded leather breastplate, and forged accessories from Relayer for the 4 metal armors.
The reason for the leather being the breastplate is that most leather accessories don't hinder enough to train leather very well at level.
Be extremely careful starting out on your multiple armor training, by the way, since only the LC will seem to protect much, and that would be nowhere near what little protection that leather provides.
And even low hindrance armor, with no ranks in it, will seem like wearing a shell.
For storebought, you are probably going to be better off staying with an HC hauberk or some such, as most accessories, especially chain, are the kind that use your highest armor skill.
So, Crossing HC hauberk, Crossing scale (LP) aventail, Crossing visored helm (HP), and Crossing mail (swappable but LC for your skills) gloves. LC will train slower, but I would advise hunting something that would train it slow anyhow, until your other armors get some ranks to them.
My ranks, so you can see that I am not a total virgin in the area of multiple armor training. Note that my character is a Warrior Mage, and has a few spells that make multiple armor training a lot easier to handle at level (YS, SW, SuF).

I agree with Kyn, I use a similar setup with the Shard padded leather breastplate and have been backtraining nicely in Baerholt's farm with those brown bears.
Shield Usage: 86 26% pondering Leather Armor: 52 19% concentrating
Heavy Chain: 83 77% learning Light Plate: 50 82% pondering
Heavy Plate: 51 54% perplexing
I started my career (after rerolling) with LC body and legs, HC head and hand protection. Switched back to the old multi setup once I got some forged armor pieces. As a barbarian, it really made my shield ranks climb, but it's starting to slow down a bit there. My goal was to get to 50 ranks in all melee weapons, but I'm only 15th circle.
Now all I need is an arm-worn shield at get that 2HB working again.
