Does anyone know what causes disease in the swamp? I walked in, no wounds except for scars, moved all of two rooms, and was immediately able to see 3 worms and open oozing sores. Is it just random when you will get disease from these, since it obviously has nothing to do with bleeders or failed tending?

In addition, swamp water is just plain nasty. All sorts of evil bacteria can be found there.
