One of the more ghoulish empaths (you'll understand why I say that when you read further) in plat has been studying bloodworms religiously since they were released and recently discovered that they can attach themselves to other body parts besides your legs. Since I hadn't seen this mentioned here or in any of the empath folders, I decided to cross-post her findings for those of you who might be interested. And, yes, she has died during the course of this research.

just a heads up to anyone planning on trudging through the swamps.. bloodworms have dicovered there are other tender and juicy places on the adventureres body to bite.. ((ooc with 179 in FA Sete couldnt pull the one off her left eye until it was totally engorged))

based on some preliminary testing.. it seems that bloodworms only attach themselves to other parts of your body if you get more then 8 on you at a time... the first 8 attach themselves to your legs, then I assume the placement is random from there. So far I have had two on my head, three on my right arm, three on my left eye, two on my neck and one on my chest... the left eye ones are VERY difficult to remove.
