There are bloodworms in with the blue-bellied crocodiles just south of Riverhaven, and there are red and black sand leeches outside Muspar'i.
I believe there are also some in one of the areas just outside Throne City proper, and a chance of getting some if you walk toward Hibarnhvidar from Leth Deriel.
