This has me confused, I didnt know snakes had Arm Legs and Hands...

< Moving in gracefully, you elbow your elbow spike at a copperhead viper. A copperhead viper fails to evade. The spike lands a good strike to the viper's left arm.
[You're nimbly balanced and in good position.]
[Roundtime 2 sec.]

Moving strongly, you kick your foot at a copperhead viper. A copperhead viper fails to dodge. The foot lands a light hit to the viper's left leg.
[You're solidly balanced with no advantage.]
[Roundtime 3 sec.]

< Fluidly, you slice a watered steel scimitar at a copperhead viper. A copperhead viper attempts to evade, mainly avoiding the blow. The scimitar lands a good strike to the viper's left hand.
[You're solidly balanced with no advantage.]
[Roundtime 4 sec.]

Watching their attacks, they only spit and strike... and slither

A copperhead viper hisses and spits a stream of venom at your face with amazing accuracy! You twist out of harm's way as the viper's poison is completely deflected by your shield!

* As if effort and skill were a bad thing, a copperhead viper coils up and strikes suddenly at you. You partially block with a metal target shield.

* As if effort and skill were a bad thing, a copperhead viper hisses and opens its mouth, exposing poison dripping from its fangs as it strikes at you. You partially block with a metal target shield.

SO my question is this a bug? I just find it odd I can target (or aim at) something they do not have

This happens with many creatures that have atypical body parts. I can't remember if the GMs can fix it easily or not. Given that it's core combat, probably not.
