According to Elanthipedia, these spawn in Shard now. But I can't find any info as to where. Anyone know where I can find them?

If I had to guess I'd guess the secret necromancer/thief only hunting area.

I know of no secret thief hunting in Shard.

The Necro-only area will also allow thieves in. I don't know if it requires passages or if it's an inherent ability.

It's not 100% Necro/Thief only anyway, right?

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
