My plat-side trader can do young brocket deer at about that level, though she has to watch out for swarms. Keep in mind that as a gnome, she has high agility and reflexes, and she is fairly highly trained in shield.

I think you'd be better off in the second tier deer, to be honest. I'm not sure what the swarms will be like for you, though. Maybe try to get a cougar or two at first. That's what I'm currently doing with Elder deer with around 190-200 in all defenses.
