<<Clan chiefs can spawn on any floor. They're rare.>>

when i've been hunting the manor by myself <nobody else on any floor> the clan-chiefs seem to gen more frequently. I hardly ever see them when someone else is in there hunting.

When I used to hunt there clan chiefs would also seem to disappear altogether for a time, only to suddenly come back after a game crash or something.

heh, how long ago was that? game crashes aren't that frequent so I guess they would be gone for a LONG time.

It's been a while ... before P5 opened and before the changes to the way creatures used to move around in hunting areas. And ya, sometimes they would be gone for quite a stretch. Didn't always take a crash to bring them back, but if they were gone and there was a crash, you would always see them again after. Not sure what caused them to vanish.

More people need to come hunt raiders while i'm on 2nd or 3rd floor so i can learn good since i don't want to have to move to celps again its boring. More spawn is a good thing in raiders.

I'd move back there if their boxes weren't so rough on me. I will return to raiders but need about a hundred or so more ranks of disarm/lockpicking first.

I'm going to try living on the second floor for a while to see if I can't get some more multi for celpeze.

Is there really nothing that teaches multi better at that level. I would assume raiders would teach crappy multi being armored with weapons...do they use any magic whatsoever?

No natural creatures at this level?

Just asking cause I will eventually face the same problem I am sure if everyone else is apparently.

If you could list all critters that swarm at a fairly steady rate, what would they be? Obviously Celepeze...whats others...vines and creepers they are an easy one...

eels, vines, creepers, sand sprites, swains, silver leucros, those vines beyond coriks wall, gryphons, bristlebacks if theres enough people, caracals, raiders with enough people, those giants near ravens point used to not sure if they do now since it was only one room they would go to. All the ones i can think of.

Raiders is either brilliant or not even worth the time going in if you want defensive training, depending on how many people are inside. However if you do manage to get it on a good time the people end up leaving after like 15 mins and it sucks again.

If advice was any good, they wouldn't give it out for free.

no, raiders don't use magic.

kra'hei and seodemaors are the only other things around or near that level, and both of those are magic-using. from my own experience, they seem just as easy to take down, but i don't dance with 'em, both of 'em i fight stealth-style.

I'm not sure, but some of the things behind the fangs of ushnish in the gate of souls MIGHT be of similar level, but that area has its own drawbacks as well.

Mo- I want you to go kill 23 celepeze for me...

me- are you out of your mind? hell, no!

Have you tried disarming the raiders of their weapons? I am curious to see what effect this may have on your rate of learning multi. This is what I do and have really good success at locking my multiple opponent skill.
