Heyas folks.

While doing some research for another project, I came across the river boas outside of Throne City. They were set to flex, and after talking with our creature folks, this wasn't intended. I removed their ability to flex and bumped their level up slightly from their counterparts on Hara'jaal (which never flexed, just to be clear).

Just wanted to give folks a heads up of the change; the documenting types can flag these as a tougher variety on Elanthipedia.
