Is anyone else having an incredible amount of lag and problems connecting in the last 15-20 minutes?

I've been having a constant rate of lag all morning, but just assumed it was on my end. No crashes. Just every single action taking about a quarter of a second to process.

I haven't tried logging in but there's no lag ingame for me at the moment.

I hadn't had any problems until about half and hour ago. It's so bad now that I am timing out regularly and commands aren't being recognized for several seconds if at all. I've checked my ISP and it's running at maximum and has no problem loading any other sites.
