Shifting isn't sticking even for the first 2 minutes.
Finished a shift for dimples on, and the target(human) didn't have them.
It's entirely possible that the Features/Shift system is not updated in the test instance.
Since that is such a large system, and the test instance is not connected to our live instances, I'll have to take a look at it tonight.
