I would like to suggest If you could and as suggested, Racial titles. Since no one's taking notes and I'm tired, I don't have any immediate suggestions, but would like to see racial titles.
...and I have to ask, I would love the Dark Angel title, possible?

I thought so too, but then Fallen Angel and the clothing line that came not too long ago kinda disproved that they wanna change angel to alfars.

I definitely like this suggestion. It could be three-fold, though. For instance, I could be:
Elothean Serienna (my title describes my race)
Lorethew Serienna (my title describes something affiliated with my race: the Lorethew)
Bakshiloa Serienna (my title describes something that I am usually -- a student -- in my race's native language)
I personally especially like the native language idea. This could just be for some of the common, guild titles, like Warrior Mage or Cleric.

On the dwarven End, i'd like to see Racial titles based on Age.
A very young dwarf would be something like "Thin Beard" then older "Full Beard" "Grey Beard"...
A dwarf with extreamly high Appraisal (and if gem cutting ever comes out) "Crystal Beard"
Perhaps Racial titles that are part of a guild that after learning so much scholarship, you could get something like Dwarven Cleric, Holy Dwarf...
Racial language titles are ok, while I'm not big on DR language, it can't ever hurt.
One more Suggestion. RPA. I was thinking maybe allowing to change an RPA to a personal Title. The first one would cost 1 RPA. The second personal Title would cost 3. The Third would cost 5. And for every one after that 5 more.

I was thinking about this earlier, too. I think the oldest Rakash PC should have the mandatory title of "Fagatnenegelisduri"...
