This week, I finished up a project we started a while back with registration and runners. You can now UNREGISTER remotely by using urchin runners as well! It follows the same rules as normal registration as well as normal urchin checks -- you need to be holding the item, it needs to be registered to you and not another, you must be in a justice zone, and you need either the timed access to urchins or urchin uses available. The gold fee is not applied when using runners.
