Greetings.
I reopened my account and had about 5 or so toons on it. I paid to have two turned back on to see if I wanted to play again.
Well, I decided I did and upgraded account to prem, but now I don't see my other toons. :(
How do I get my other toons back?

You'll have to call or email billing. Characters can be reactivated with the account, but once the account is active, you can't do that as a self-service thing.
Well, you could technically cancel your account, wait for it to run out, then subscribe again as premium and activate the extra characters.
