I haven't used wizard in ages up it is under the highlights. They have to be wav files by the way. I forget exactly what to do though to set it up through wizard.
Configuration - Text Strings - Sounds - New - go find the sound file you want. Then you go to the "text string" area and find the string you want to use the sound with and choose the sound from the drop down menu in the top right corner
