Are dev GMs still being hired? If so, I'd like to reapply, but I'm not sure how to do so... I was declined but told I could reapply in 6 months. When I go to the application area the old one is still there, so I updated some info on it.

From what I remember, that's all you need to do to get your application shifted up to the top of the pile.
What are you worried about, a pool of black shadows might jump up and bite you?
