First of all, I realised that I didn't completely update my job postings post:

"Be aware that personal correspondence may be shared with or answered by relevant GMs, particulary with the SGMs or with my team mate, GM Iocanthe. Please don't include any attachments, as the entire document will be deleted unread."

Sadly, GM Iocanthe is no longer with us. Of course this gives me a nice opportunity to introduce my new team member, GM Reexa. In addition to her amazing skills as Empath Liaison, she will be assisting me from time to time on some key training and hiring issues. So as such, correspondence may be shared with the SGMs and GM Reexa.

And as far as the reminder goes:

Please be specific in your goals and interests related to GMing. It is very hard to see where you might fit on the team if you just say "Well, I think GMing would be cool and I've been here long enough now that I just deserve it." Treat this like any other job application. First impressions count. :) I look at your application like I look at a resume. I want to know what you are applying for, why you are applying for it, and why you think I should hire you.
