A way to mentor people with lower skills would be nice.
Possibilities :
Mentor - Teach:
you match players skill level and they get a slight boost to their xp gain, and you get a slight decrease, but you are able to hunt same critters.
can apply to group if each mentor has a mentee.

Mentor - Hunt:
you match their skill level and can hunt with them.
multiple people can join to mentor to that skill level.

LFG Tool:
do a who LFG and you get a list of everyone looking for a group, with a note about what they are looking to do.
enter LFG Dire bears. Egg. 7pm EST. (description of activity, they have combat egg and time).
who LFG Dire bears
will bring up a list of people looking to hunt dire bears.

I hope they update the forums, I don't see a way to do a search.
