While this is the first blotter of the new year, it doesn't count anything that has happened in the new year, it is through last Friday, so it's still last year. Enough of the "Who's on First" routine, here are the numbers.
Lockouts
60 days
Scripting - 3 - Loss of Characters
Warnings
Scripting - 4
Language - 2
At first glance, it looks like my break prediction is wrong, but I think I want to wait until this Friday for numbers part 2 before driving a stake in the heart of that one and nailing the lid shut.

<<Is the blotter for all instances of DR? Just a curiosity question.>>
No, it only covers Prime, not Platinum or TF. And since I included TF on that list, yes, it is possible to get locked out of TF. In general it has nothing to do with things done in game, but it is possible and has happened.

If you get locked from prime you can still play TF.
If you get locked from TF (abuse of mechanics) there was 1 guy that I remember when it first started that was locked out then you're pretty much probably going to be locked from Prime and Plat.
If they can't even trust you in TF, how could they let you in the others?

i've heard of 3 cases of people being locked out of tf. the first was someone who managed to hack into TF before it started out in 2002 <a log of same circulated amongst players for awhile of what happened when he got caught> the other 2 were for RL threats or assaults on staff or former staff, which is of course, illegal in the Real World. There may have been others, but those are the only 3 I'm aware of.
So, like solomon said, it is possible to be locked out. But not for scripting. everyone in TF scripts. :-) Plus there's no "policy" there in regard to language or CvC conflict.

I wish I could remember the name of the Warrior Mage that was in TF when I played... he was going around killing everyone, so I made my scripts log out if he logged in :( sucked for a few days.
I don't remember if he got in trouble for anything or just quit playing, but I know he disappeared for some reason after doing some massive CvC killing.

He was probably run out of town by the locals.
You are Malkien, a dashing Barbarian. Huzzah!
You are Apis, a legendary Cleric in your own head.
You are Ragesong. What sort of Kaldar is a Bard, anyways, doofus?
You are also Pellazan (WM), Essatariol (Ranger) and running out of sig space.

There are of course two sides to every story but from what I heard from this person, if it's who I think you're talking about, it's the other way around. The staff was harrasing the player so the player sued Simu and got locked out of Simu games.

You can easily get locked out for Mechanical Abuse as well. Wasnt there a trader who found a bug with the market tables and gained insane trading ranks from it?
Maybe it was someone just making things up, or maybe not a lot of people heard about that case. No way to really tell if its true or not.

Uhm...no on all counts. No one has sued us, regardless of what anyone wants to claim. Ever.

I know who you're talking about and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that this person is a certifiable grade A nutcase.
