How about making a folder for holding posts that would qualify as FAQs.
It would help major GM question response posts from sdisappearing into the mists.
It wouldn't be a normally-postable folder, more like the GM Announcements folders, but would only accept copies of posts made by GMs.
Hoep I am being clear on what should be posted in there. Major system announcements with explanations, not contests or such.

It would probably also need an openly postable secondary folder (FAQ Requests, maybe?) for players to request FAQ-style information on various systems, too.
