1) (and I feel, definitely required) BlackFire. This is a topic that is currently, again, under heavy discussion, and probably will never go away.
2) (for future thought, if something is ever seriously considered) Warrior Mage Notoriety (under discussion, currently, under the idea of an Honor System)

And that precludes having a discussion area for BlackFire, in your opinion? Just like it precludes having a discussion area for, oh say, Stealing and Necromancers?
BlackFire is a topic for Warrior Mages that will likely never die, unless it is totally removed from the game, and look at the discussions on Angels for how much it is likely to end that topic, anyway.
I just feel that it is a topic that is worthy of its own area, where people can discuss things like the BlackFire spell(s), the history and future of BlackFire, and coordinate any player-run RP threads relating to BlackFire.
Not to mention that it would allow those WMs with no interest in BlackFire to ignore the folder, so they don't have to be bothered by it if they don't want...

There are some mages who, honestly, don't give a crap how bad or dangerous the spell is. They're very interested in research on Blackfire and sorcery.

Voidspell == infinitely worse than Blackfire ever could be.
You know, this is an interesting discussion. Wouldn't it be great if there was a folder for it somewhere (or for sorcery in general, why not)? Which was, you know, the whole point of the original post and I don't see what someone's IC morality or POV has to do with anything..

Look, honestly, it's a nonissue OOC. If someone wants to study and even use Blackfire (or voidspells, or while we're at it balefire), it doesn't affect you in the least.
Your CHARACTER can feel free to oppose the use of Blackfire all s/he wants... But what you're suggesting is almost in the same vein as... "We should remove the STEAL verb and the thief guild from the game because stealing is morally wrong." There are always going to be characters that do things that are wrong. The game wouldn't be very exciting otherwise.
I can't imagine how you must feel about the necromancer guild--if it ever gets up on its feet.
