is there any reason we have to type 'maneuver' before 'cleave' 'powershot' etc?

I have plans for 50+ maneuvers, and it was not necessarily manageable to add new verbs for them all. Many of these maneuvers aren't even technically a verb. I'd rather start with this, and we can always migrate over to verbs later if necessary.
