Clarifications
Swing - defined as an attempt to hit and deal damage. A missed swing counts as 0 damage.
Hit - defined as a swing that connected and did not miss.
Total Dmg - defined as the sum total of all damage done over the testing period that includes all swings.
Total Mob Deaths - defined as the count of all creatures that died over the course of the testing period that includes all swings.

Bug
Cleave is suppose to ignore shield, however either its not working, or the messaging is messed up. One of the misses in my data set was the following:
Your errant axe results in nothing more than a soft thud against an arthelun cabalist's blazing shield.

Comments
One thing that affected the data somewhat in terms of kill numbers, was that I literally sat around for the full duration of the cooldown for each maneuver, this allowed mobs to bleed and lose vitality over that period.
Cleave seems by far the weakest maneuver that I tested. It however could be because of the bug that allows cleave to still be blocked.
Doublestrike can be particularly nasty if both weapons connect, exceeding the damage of all other maneuvers tested. The exceedingly high miss rate on the off hand is caused by the main hand killing the target and then the off hand having nothing to hit.
Palm strike is really good, and the most accurate. The damage multiplier exceeds anything else, especially considering that high end weapons were used.
Powershot with broad barb arrows was pretty sad. I was getting a lot of light hits with it. Switching to basilisk arrows turned this ability into a winner, turning the light hits into sometimes 1 hit kills with a earth-shaking strike.
