Mana users already have a draught that restores mana that is a semi rare drop in the loot bin. What about a similar item in the loot bin dropping at the same rate or so that would restore Inner Fire, a Barbarians "Mana"? They would be rare enough so we wouldn't be chugging them like water but would give us a way to raise our IF in different situations ahead of time.

Semi rare is an understatement. And it trades vit for mana.
But 'refill inner fire' is slated for a chackrel ability I believe. Tier 4 or 5 or avocado or something.

Cnyr is voice not IF... correct me if i'm wrong. I'm less concerned about voice regen and more concerned abobout if regen even if at a cost to vitality both of which would recharge alot quicker than IF on their on. Cnyr is alot rarer than the mana draughts as well i believe.

It is voice, not IF, but now roars work with IF, and hey the item is there and already in guild lore.
