This questions seems to have been asked several times, but do we have a definate answer as to how these will be dealt with when 3.0 is released?
Do we know the rules in place for if you get grandfathered or not? As in "must have done X or Y"
Do we know what skills will not be grandfathered if said character has not completed X or Y?
I'd really like to be able to judge what my warrior mage will be shaped like when the changes come, or at least have some idea how it will be handled

It was posted way back in the original release outlines that if you had an AFK warning you would need to gain 1 circle to get any skills grandfathered. Nothing to the contrary has been said so it's safe to assume that is still the rule.
