As I realize it's a necro spell, I posted here thinking it might be similar to the moonie PERC bug that you fixed last night and stretches across other guilds.
It's not working with some spells that lack shorthand versions. If you type the full name, it works.

Full names don't and won't work for TARGET - only the abbreviation. The benefit from the full name is small compared to how complex it is to get it to work.
I made it so that one-word spells should parse better on abbreviations though.
