Is it possible with enough skill or with proper feats?
I thought I heard they said it'd be too tricky and things would break.
Imagine the spam on ROS AND Fire Rain.
There were ways to get AC and Refraction up at the same time, but you never got both effects. Just invisible with black pupil-less eyes.

There are no plans to enable multiple cyclic spells at once - Part of the design of cyclics is that you have can only have one running, so they have their effects balanced differently.
