Are there any plans to make the new skills scale beyond 1000ish? Raesh is releasing a lovely line of bard spells, which include PM, Augmentation and Debilitation buffs, but since I can already cap my spells, it seems I've gotten all there is to get out of the skills, and the bonus is wasted.

I suppose that's true, but consider that the majority of my spells are cyclics, 40 minute buffs and the occasional 90 minute ritual buff. So this would maybe save 45 seconds every hour. And since you can do other things while your spells are prepping, prep time isn't really wasted time. So I guess I just don't care about snap-casting.
