Did some testing with a cleric in Test and it seems like Ghost Shroud's potency could probably use some tweaking. I have approximately 600 more ranks of TM than the Target has evasion (about double her evasion) and I was unable to land fully targeted 100 mana burn or PD. TKT did get through, though 1-3 slivers would miss/be blocked on each cast.

I agree. I think TKT shouldn't have gotten through at all, this definitely needs to be looked at, Ghost Shroud needs a buff.

I did same testing with the same results. And, in mixing two different topics here by you, it seems that the testing is screwy with the imbalance of testing with TKT compared to single target spells.
Currently single target spells are all but useless in comparison to repeating damage spells and quick hitting weapons.
100 prep burn, full target, on a barbarion with 1000 in defenses did maybe 12% stamina damage, no wounds, while the repeating holy bolts (Aesrela Everild) from a cleric with half my TM would knock the same barb down to <20% or death.
I wouldn't call for a TKT nerf yet because its a magic-system wide issue. I've only testing lunar spells myself... I don't want to jump up and start yelling about the death of the moon mage guild or some drama like that, but with the utter brokenness of how strong Ghost Shroud is combined with AE, thats just one perspective of how things are looking rough. I think we need to test many more spells from many more guilds, particularly focusing on magical defense spells and their strength, as well as the spamming damage spells.
Wolfegard quietly says, "I got hitched in a tree."
Moving carefully, you slip your hand into Wolfegard's pockets and carefully grab a gold wedding band.
