Is setting which of our magic skills get set to the highest/lowest whenever they get calculated when 3.0 hits still on the table?

Like if I wanted Debilitation to be my highest, followed by Warding followed by Augmentation or something? Or if I wanted them to be more evenly distributed?

it wasn't for us plat-side. i would have much rather had my empath with higher utility or warding and lower debil. because for her, debil isn't really trainable at-level. So, now i have to backtrain utility or warding to be able to circle again.

We were given ranks based on %age of our existing 2.0 ranks.

J, that's inherently wrong. Magic is trainable at level for your Plat Empath. Your issues with your Plat Empath aren't due to magic. Also, Utility should be disturbingly easy for you. Feel free to chase me down in IG when we're both in if you care to discuss it further.
