I guess something's wrong. I tested Misd in louts. Snap casting at 15 mana gives 42 seconds. Full prep at 100 mana gives 42 seconds.
I've made a minor modification to core debuffing durations that should make using more mana always more advantageous when casting debuffs. This only affects spells that apply negative modifier type effects, not status effects. It also may affect pulsing style debuff spells to provide an extra pulse or two of whatever it does. Enjoy.
