Is this spell still boosting the cap of a cambrinth item it is cast on? If so, is it intended?
I think I'd rather see it be a 2 slot spell and both prevent leakage + increase the cap than have it be a one slot spell that just prevents leaking.
I'd rather see a new spell with SEC as a prereq that's harder to cast that increases the base capacity - Interesting idea to think about later.
