1. On the documentation for MMs copied over to Elanthipedia it says the following:

However, if you click over to the Spells 3.0 it lists Starlight sphere, shadewatch mirror, etc. as stellar book.
2. will cantrip quests count spells on preview as "knowing" that spell for purposes of learning the cantrip? <i speak specifically of the "scorch" cantrip and "burn".

The spellbook exists, the mana type does not.

It shouldn't, but who knows with that whack old code.
