I pushed a new version of Mind Shout out. The only changes should be a few new messages/tweaked messages.

I also synced up some of the magic core between plat and Test which should impact SvS failures (Test had the bug fixed already, plat now does as well).

Looking into the SOD and spellbooks thing, but currently it has me entirely baffled.
