Is it really necessary to require us to cast Clear Vision before being able to cast Locate? I mean, it doesn't really impact anything and is just a slight annoyance for reasons of past "synergy" concerns. Let us just cast Locate directly without checking to see if we have Clear Vision on or not. Just a slight long term pet-peeve.
