I have TR up, and its not dropping after I get below 20 in mana. Or what does the message mean? Right now I am sitting around 15% mana, but the spell is still up.
You sense the Courage spell upon you, which will last for about twenty-two roisaen.
You sense the Truffenyi's Rally spell upon you, which will last until you fail to provide 20 mana for it.
You have exhausted some of your ability to smite your foes, leaving only one hundred ten percent of your full power remaining.
20% left in your attunement is not the same as providing 20 mana into the spell :)
i.e. if you harness 20 mana, I'll bet you don't drop 20% in your mana attunement bar :P

I don't understand what that 20 mana means then. I did a straight prep of TR at 70 mana, and didn't harness anything.
This is conc, and harness verb right after casting at 70 mana.
You reach out with your senses and see luminous streams of golden Holy mana radiating through the area.
Letting your senses extend further, you feel there is flaring mana to the northwest, fulgent mana to the southwest, and lambent mana to the east.

Try prep TR at 70 and then PERCEIVE right after you prepare -- I bet it will say you're only prepping TR at 20 mana :)
Once you cast a cyclic, the amount of mana you need to provide for it each pulse is the same as what you cast it as. i.e. if you prep and cast it at 15 then you need to feed it 15 mana each pulse, either via HARNESS, Cambrinth items or directly from your attunement if you have the Raw Channeling feat.
