ReplySo two shamen walk into a room and they each cast ES on themselves. I tried to dispel it with WB and it didn't do anything. I tried dispel instead and it took it right off.

I think ward break works on wards- seal ward, etc, and dispel would be more for buffs and debuffs.
Ex:
I think seal ward would block dispel, so you would ward break before dispelling a foe.
I could be wrong.

When I get back in test tonight I will try it out as well. The last time I tested with Leilond WB ripped all his buffs off no problem (high prep if I recall). However, I have yet to play with it since they ported everything over again.

Currently Ward Break is set up to disrupt spell barriers -- like Shear or Soldier's Prayer, rather than physical protectors like Ethereal Shield or Cage of Light.
