To add with Nikoa posted, consider also staying clear away from those individuals who do report like that (report mongers I call em). Ignore them and don't RP with them, even if it means leaving the room if they enter. Sometimes it hurts them more when you just pretend they don't exist. If they continue to attempt to interact and harass you, you can then either email feedback or report them and get a type of restraining order against them.

The best way to get out of trouble is to stay away from it.
