I'm getting old and my memory isn't what it used to be, but I'm sure I remember a post on the boards concerning generation rates of critters in hunting areas. I just did a 'report' on the east area of the monastery by crossing having a regenration rate that seemed abnormally high. In response, I got a canned message stating that reports are for emergencies only and continued abuse of the report system would result in my report privelages being taken away.
I'm sure one of the problems with the high generation rate was the fact that it caused lag in the game and all i've been listening to the last few days on the gweth is 'it sure is foggy'. So, given that, if reporting a situation that is causing problems for the general population does not constitue an emergency, please explain exactly when the 'report' verb should be used.
