A store like the dyeing / hilt-changing stores, except that you could do several things to the same weapon:

IE: Pick from a list of blade descriptions (Damascened, serrated, sharpened, etc), colors, or engravings. Then pick from either crossguard, or pommel, or hilt, or perhaps a combination [depending on what youre willing to pay?].

Set it in the seacaves.
