Just an idea I wanted to toss out...a debt office in fang cove that accepts any currency/province, premie only to pay off debt from a central location.

Little more than a deep hole, the below-ground sod structure is reinforced with vine-lashed lengths of weathered wood. Jar-covered shelves line every bit of space available while a lone set of steps provide the only entrance to and exit from the community's small bank -- a liberal description of the surroundings. No windows or tellers are present, only guards that stand with their backs to the wall on either side of the steps so they can keep an eye on everything that happens.
Obvious exits: up.

You do not need to visit a Premmie Bank in order to pay your debts. This was an added feature to the BANK command that allows Estate Holders to remote pay.

BANK TRANSFER {from bank#} {to bank#} {#|ALL}
- Transfer funds from one account to another
BANK DEPOSIT {bank#} {#|ALL} - Send a runner with a deposit to your designated account.
BANK WITHDRAW {bank#} {#|ALL} - Send a runner to make a withdrawal from your designated account.
BANK DEBT {province} {#|ALL} - Send a runner to designated province to settle debts.
