I have found no information on what happens next. Do i wait? Do i need to give it to someone? Am i waiting for a specific merchant?

All custom title requests, much like other alteration scrolls, require us to review them before approving.

We typically ask for a week to allow us time to review and respond via the scroll. I'll let the team know we have a title request in the backlog.
