I have a collection of items for a theme, Highwaymans cloak, highwaymans belt, black hand tooled boots, and a black low-brimmed hat.

all of this except the hat can be worn over armor, its all verby (boots not included). The hat tho, cant be worn over armor.

I wear a mask as my head armor, is it possible to get the hat done so that it can be worn over armor? it is verby fluff and has no armor value.
