A thickly wooded path slopes down gently to the southwest from this grassy clearing perched atop a rotund hillock. Cabins stand beneath the trees, hazy curls of sweet-smelling woodsmoke drifting from their chimneys and floating up to the branches above. The town walls of the Crossing rise silently in the distance to the west, visible through occasional gaps in the dense foliage. You also see a town guard, a tan guinea-pig who is sleeping, a cozy cedar plank home with a silver and crystal windchime hanging over its door, a red fieldstone cottage with vibrant red roses and ivy twining across the arch of its door, a pine frame cabin, a pine plank house, a rough-hewn grey fieldstone cottage with a gargoyle-shaped cast iron lantern mounted by its entrance, an oak frame cabin,
and a rustic oak log cabin with vibrant red roses and ivy twining across the arch of its door

Walls of rough-hewn oak and a polished oak floor covered by a deep-woven lambswool carpet enclose this small room. In one corner lies a sturdy oak table, and near the table sits a plump black velvet couch. A rough carved stone fireplace burns along the far wall, above it hanging a huge tapestry framed with dark green braiding. The room holds a mild scent of applewood smoke. You also see a door, a woodbin, an engraved rosewood chair that is facing the fireplace, an engraved rosewood chair that is facing the fireplace and a rusty-marked Dako'gi dog.
