You're bidding on one of the three upper class manors on Temple Hill in the Crossing (just outside the west gate, through the pillars). As I am getting rid of my premium account, I'll need for someone to take this off my hands.

Interesting things: Altered furniture; Taisidon jungle cat for a pet whose sex hasn't been changed yet.

Area:

[Temple Hill, Hero's March]
The stately manors constructed high on Temple Hill enjoy a broad view of the Mycthengelde Flatlands and the roofs of the Crossing. The dense city lights of the Crossing create a dull glow overhead that contrasts notably with the scattered cottage lights along Finch Cottage Path down beyond a narrow stone path. You also see a smooth stone manor, a tall red brick manor, a stately stone manor with a jade lantern with carved translucent side panels placed by its door, and a grassy path leading uphill.
Obvious paths: southeast, southwest.

[Your Home]
Walls of cerulean tile and a polished ebonwood floor covered by a deep-fringed jewel tone carpet enclose this room. In one corner lies a lustrous satinwood table, and near the table sits a massive black oak canopy bed with a cushion of pale gold silk embroidered with a great golden sun and a puffy quilt covered with images of puppets on it. A large brick fireplace burns along the far wall, above it hanging a silver filigree mirror. The room holds a very faint scent of incense. You also see a stained glass firebird window, a wooden door, a dark-stained oak wardrobe with a booklet bound in white leather on it, a satinwood and copper weapon rack fire-etched with a smoke tendril design with a crooked bloodwood staff capped with some dark flame-etched amber on it, a gold and crimson velvet chair, a gold and crimson velvet chair that is facing the fireplace and a copper-eyed Taisidon jungle cat.
Obvious exits: none

Furniture:

<1> a lustrous satinwood table

<2> a massive black oak canopy bed : Upon the headboard of this huge bed has been painted the image of a fearsome dragon. Its teeth gleam with real ivory, and jade has been embedded into the wood to represent its eyes. Black and gold wings are spread wide with a flame of orange and red whipping its way toward where the headboard meets the thick feathered mattress.

FEST <3> a cushion of pale gold silk embroidered with a great golden sun and a puffy quilt covered with images of puppets : Crushed sunflowers have been added to the goosedown of this silk cushion to give it a sharply distinct scent. A large golden sun, its embroidered rays extending to the edge of the round cushion, is centered precisely on the material and formed of thousands of strands of dark gold embroidery floss.

FEST <4> a puffy quilt covered with images of puppets : The busy quilt depicts a puppet stage, with every kind of puppet imaginable. A repeating pattern of flowing script flows around the edge reading, "Nightingale's Rest Theater, where you can perform your dreams."

<5> a large brick fireplace : The fireplace has a solid oak surround that is a combination of crown molding, dentil trim, and fluted casing.

<6> a silver filigree mirror

FEST <7> a stained glass firebird window : Tiny chips of colored glass are arranged to form the image of a majestic firebird, its red-gold wings upraised as it launches itself into the air. Its tail swirls behind it, seven glorious plumes of flame which seem almost to curl around as you watch.

<8> a dark-stained oak wardrobe

ALTERED <9> a satinwood and copper weapon rack fire-etched with a smoke tendril design : The two-tiered frame of the rack has been carefully crafted of flattened copper which curls up in interesting flame-like patterns to hold thick shelves of satinwood. On a central bar that runs the length of each shelf, adjustable hooks have been attached to mount different sized weapons for display. Wisps of smoke tendrils have been etched into the wood and metal.

<10> a gold and crimson velvet chair : Carefully molded gold feet have been shaped to resemble dragon claws, each one holding a polished crystal globe.

FEST <11> a copper-eyed Taisidon jungle cat : Copper eyes glint like flames in the triangular face of the Taisidon jungle cat. Slightly built, his body has a delicate appearance in repose, an impression swiftly dispelled when he begins to move, revealing the supple muscles of a hunting cat. His glossy black coat, plush and thick, with no trace of white, makes his copper eyes appear even brighter.
