Adzul currently resides in the clerical quarters next to the guild, and have spent lavishly on an interior suited to his guild and personality. Thing is that the next 10-15 circles will find him hunting in the areas around Leth. Considering it should take much of the Bush administration for that dolt to actually move another 15 circles, I'm thinking it might be good to move the home south.
I've noticed some vacant homes inside the town, but am concerned that I might lose some of my interior furnishings due to local zoning ordinances. Are there any interior restrictions that you can clue me into?
Thanks.

None whatsoever. If you do it right, you won't lose a thing, other than your door and any exterior customization.

Changing from one home to another.
It is possible to swap one home for another on the same character. To do so, go one room east from the clerk who registers you for your first home, and ask the clerk in THAT room about homes. He will tell you the current price for changing homes, generally double the value for claiming your first one. If you wish to switch homes, pay him the fee, then use HOME CLAIM to claim your new home.
Note: You WILL keep your furniture. You will NOT keep any exterior customization your old home may have had, including any fancy door description you may have purchased.
