Two of my characters own property, but a third doesn't. Before I bother searching high and low for the last spot to claim, can I purchase furnishings at the fest and then move them in once she does settle down?
Nope, need a house first. Some types of furnature can be deeded after they're installed, so one character could buy multiples if they deed it in between.
