They must be busy. I'm going on 5 weeks on scroll #7 in Prime and haven't heard a thing.

I think it would either take the items with them or tell you to take them off first. I know I've swapped my table and bed, but I forget if I had anything on them at the time.

I don't believe that is possible. If i'm not mistaken when you try to purchase one of those items it gives you some message about the furniture in the home having to be cleared off prior to purchasing the new item. I'm not 100% certain, but I think that's how it works for that.

you can swap out position of table/bed when something is on it <how i ended up having a lockpick sitting on my bed. you cannot replace a bed/table with another piece of furntiture when something is on it. This includes walls <you have to take off the estate plaque that it comes with, to get a new wall. <get plaque from wall>.
The janitor does eat stuff left on the floor. As I pick boxes in my house <see previous lockpick reference> - I utilize this all the time for various trash items that sometimes comes in boxes.

Oh and last one, DR at any given time has a population of weenies that will criticize at the drop of a hat, don't take things personally it happens to everyone.
