FWIW, I do think this would resolve a lot of the re-selling issues Prime's facing. Would be interesting to see if whatever allows a voucher to "bind" when won at an auction and/or bought at some quest end-prize tables can also be applied to actual auto-binding like the Kanton pouches.

It never got a response despite the some shop posters getting their shop request granted

Thanks for the speedy reply, it was just posted a day ago and no one responded and people with the shop requests posted AFTER and had the shops open already.
